Big Brothers Big Sisters
A mentoring program that matches children aged 6-14
years old with a Big Brother, Big Sister or Big Couple.
The matches spend 2-3 hours together, weekly. The
school-based program, Partners at Lunch, partners an
adult and child for lunch, one day a week.

Girl Scouts of
Black Hawk Council, Inc.
Inspires girls to the highest ideals of character,
conduct, patriotism and service so that they may
become happy and resourceful citizens.

Community Action Coalition
Provides services to individuals experiencing poverty
in Jefferson County. The CAC assists with housing,
counseling, rent assistance, emergency shelter, and
first month’s rent eviction prevention.
